From the family who introduced the first Japanese restaurant, Shohko Cafe, to New Mexico 40 years ago, we proudly present Naruto. Naruto serves authentic Hakata-style ramen. Hakata ramen has characteristics of soup made from select pork bones, eggless thin noodles and chashu made in house. We also serve miso and Shoyu ramen made with special soy sauce and miso imported direct from Japan.
