Year-end Updates for Drivers

Adjust Delivery Fee

When the gas prices went up to the points that affect many people's finances, we increased the base delivery fee from $4 to $5 and the extra mile fee from $1.5/mile to $2/mile. That helped our drivers to counter the historically high gas prices. However, with these fees, delivery becomes more expensive to customers. In the past months, gas prices have been gradually coming back to normal. We are now dropping the base delivery fee back to $4.5, and the extra mile fee to $1.5/mile. If the gas price continues to drop, we may eventually go back to the $4 base delivery fee. But of course, if the gas prices go up again, we will make sure the delivery fee reflects the change and make it reasonable for our drivers.

Holiday Hours

Christmas and New Year are approaching. This year, both holidays fall on the weekends. We hope it's more convenient for you to celebrate with your family and friends.

We plan to close delivery on both December 24th and 25th. We hope you will take a great rest with your important ones and recharge yourself.

We will stay open for Dec 31, 2022, and Jan 1, 2023. We will open for regular hours on that weekend, from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

Cold Weather

Keeping food intact and hot is an essential part of the service. As the weather keeps getting colder, it’s more important to use hot bags to keep the food fresh and warm. Please contact the manager if you need help.

The road condition in winter could also be worse in many circumstances. Please drive safe and keep yourself warm. Wear proper clothing and shoes. Walk slowly on slippery driveways.
