  1. Customized Start Day for Weekly Labor Analysis: We understand that different businesses have unique requirements when it comes to analyzing weekly labor and its associated costs. To accommodate this, we have implemented a new feature that allows you to set up a customized start day of the week for your labor analysis. You now have the flexibility to align your reporting periods with your business needs, enabling you to obtain accurate insights and make informed decisions more efficiently.

  2. Enhanced Payroll Overtime Calculation: Managing overtime pay can be complex, especially when employees work multiple roles within a single payroll period. To simplify this process and ensure fair compensation, our payroll system has undergone a significant improvement. The system will now calculate overtime based on the specific roles an employee has worked during the defined overtime threshold, which is set at over 40 hours per week.

This means that if an employee has worked different roles during a payroll period, the system will automatically allocate the overtime hours to the respective roles they worked. By distributing overtime based on roles, we can ensure that employees are appropriately compensated for their additional efforts and contributions.
