News on Delivery Service

Dear Restaurant Owners,

We are writing to inform you that as of this week, Selflane is longer operating our own delivery services. Admittedly, our delivery service quality deteriorated recently and was not up to the standards we thrived for. Maintaining an in-house delivery service with the excellent service you deserve is not feasible at this time.

However, we are excited to bring you new delivery options!  Soon you will be able to tap into DoorDash and Uber’s delivery infrastructures.  You will also be able to use your own drivers when feasible.  This will give you the flexibility to shuffle between using your own staff to deliver and using a third-party when it’s more convenient. In approximately two weeks you will see a new option to fulfill delivery with DoorDash.  The Uber option will become available a bit later. Please look out for updates as we complete these new integrations.

With DoorDash Drive and Uber Direct, a restaurant in any of their operating areas can offer delivery services. In comparison, Selflane's delivery service was only available in Albuquerque, NM.
